1. Prices are informational until contracted

Quoted KRW tuition ranges on ignite-pulsewave.digital illustrate typical pricing. Exact fees, taxes, invoicing milestones, and custom scopes appear in confirmations you receive from our coordinators.

2. Cancellation window

For open enrollment cohorts billed directly by Ignite Pulsewave Digital, purchasers who are acting as consumers within the meaning of the Korean Fair Trade Guidelines may request withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days after contract formation without specifying a reason, unless statutory exceptions apply.

3. When partial charges apply before withdrawal

If digital materials or other non-returnable assets were willingly accessed before withdrawal, statutes may permit charging for their proportional value alongside services already commenced with demonstrable learner participation. Invoice notes will itemize deductions transparently.

4. Non-refundable categories

Bespoke advisory retainers billed after commencement, procurement of third-party licenses on your behalf, travel already booked subject to airline rules, expedited facilitation outside published schedules may be labelled non-refundable in writing when those facts are foreseeable.

5. How to submit a refund request

Email refunds@ignite-pulsewave.digital including participant name, purchase reference (if invoiced externally we request those ticket numbers instead), rationale, Korean bank wires should include beneficiary details when applicable.

6. Processing timeline

We acknowledge requests within seven business days. Approved refunds to Korean bank rails typically finalize within fourteen business days from approval, contingent on intermediary banks.

7. Force majeure and rescheduling

If natural disasters or government orders prevent delivery, cohorts reschedule first; where rescheduling is impossible and no substitute program is accepted, refundable balances return under the timeline above.

8. Dispute handling

We aim to negotiate in good faith. Consumer complaints may escalate to mediation channels offered by Korean regulators where applicable.
