Ignite Pulsewave Digital provides professional training, workshops, and advisory sessions focused on conversion-focused marketing practice. Descriptions on this site are illustrative. Specific deliverables, cohort schedules, and fees for a given engagement are confirmed in separate written communications or statements of work where applicable.

Programs are intended for business professionals. You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to bind your organization when registering on its behalf. We may refuse or cancel participation where we reasonably believe conduct would disrupt other participants or violate law.

Workbooks, templates, exercises, and facilitation materials are protected. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal business learning. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting without permission is not allowed.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair service, upload malware, or misuse forms. Automated access that mimics human abuse may be blocked. We monitor basic security signals to protect visitors and our training operations desk in Taean.

Training provides education, not guaranteed business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, we disclaim implied warranties where allowable and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or attendance, except where statute prohibits such limitation (for example, intentional harm or certain consumer claims).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Korea shall have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer. We encourage contacting us first to resolve concerns informally.

We may suspend site access or specific offerings for operational, legal, or safety reasons. Provisions that by nature should endure—including intellectual property limits, disclaimers where permitted, and governing law—will survive termination of your participation or site access.
